These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tutorld mobile application, website, and related services, including AI-powered features, voice and audio communication, messaging, and data processing (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You represent that:

  • You are legally permitted to use the Service under applicable law
  • You have the authority to enter into these Terms
  • You understand and accept the nature of AI-generated and automated content

Use of the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

The Service may include, without limitation:

  • Artificial intelligence–powered interactions
  • Voice, audio, and video communication
  • Call processing and recordings
  • Text messaging and chat features
  • Automated analysis, transcription, and summarization
  • Educational, informational, or assistive functionality

The Service may evolve over time, and features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

3. AI, Automated, and Generated Content (VERY IMPORTANT)

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Service may generate automated or AI-based responses
  • Such content is generated algorithmically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
  • AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes only
  • You must not rely on the Service as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
  • Tutorld makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.

4. Voice, Audio, Calls, and Recordings

By using voice, call, or audio features, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Audio, voice streams, and calls may be processed, analyzed, transcribed, or recorded
  • Call metadata (duration, timestamps, technical details) may be collected
  • Recordings and transcripts may be stored to provide, improve, and secure the Service
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of recording features complies with all applicable laws, including consent requirements.

5. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities conducted through your account
  • Ensuring information you provide is accurate and lawful

Tutorld is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your actions or omissions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
  • Interfere with system integrity, security, or performance
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

Violation of acceptable use may result in suspension or termination.

7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Access Limits

Certain features of the Service are available only through a paid subscription ("Subscription").

A Subscription may provide access to premium features, including but not limited to:

  • Voice and AI-powered calls
  • Extended or exclusive application features
  • Additional functionality restricted for non-subscribed users

Unless otherwise stated, Subscription access is subject to usage limits. For example, voice or AI call functionality may be limited to a maximum duration per day (such as up to 20 minutes per calendar day).

Usage limits may reset periodically and may vary depending on subscription plan, region, or promotional conditions.

7.1 Usage Limits and Fair Use

Subscription features may be subject to daily, weekly, or monthly limits, including time-based, volume-based, or feature-based restrictions.

Tutorld reserves the right to:

  • Enforce, modify, or introduce usage limits
  • Prevent abuse, misuse, or circumvention of limits
  • Restrict access if usage exceeds reasonable or intended thresholds

Usage limits are provided for functional and operational purposes and do not guarantee uninterrupted or unlimited access.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, content, designs, algorithms, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Tutorld.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service.

By submitting content, you grant Tutorld a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, process, store, analyze, reproduce, and display such content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

10. Data Processing and Privacy

Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that:

  • Data may be processed automatically and at scale
  • Data may be transferred and stored across jurisdictions
  • Processing is conducted as permitted by applicable law

11. Service Availability and Modifications

  • This includes loss of data, profits, business, or reputation
  • Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tutorld from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

15. Termination

Tutorld may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For security or legal reasons

Termination does not limit our other rights or remedies.
